LOCAL PASSION. EUROPEAN AMBITION.
The Eight Academy is different from other academies because for us the most important is to teach young players how to win and lose and deal with challenging situations such as loss of form, confidence, and injury.
The ultimate aim of The Eight is development system – developing a technically skilful player, is to combine sport, personal development, education and to instil in player the knowledge to become an elite sportsman. The Eight strongly believes that player will only succed if sports training, education and a strong family unit are part of the players’ lives. This will help them become well – ballanced pro players. If children do not enjoy their hard work they will not improve.
For us The Eight is not business, it is a Feeling.
